Principle
Protecting your personal data matters to me. Visiting this website does not cause any personal data to be stored - neither IP addresses nor session duration nor any other access data. There is no reach measurement and no analysis of user behaviour.

This website does not use cookies.
Getting in touch
If you contact me via the contact form, by email or by telephone, I process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. Via the form this comprises your name, email address, optionally your company, and the content of your message. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding).
Form data is not stored on the server; it is forwarded to me by email only. To protect against automated abuse, the number of submissions per sender is limited. For this purpose your IP address is not stored in plain text but only as a non-reversible hash with a daily changing salt; these counters are deleted after 48 hours at the latest. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in a functioning contact channel that is protected against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The data is deleted six months after the correspondence has concluded, unless statutory retention periods apply. For business correspondence the seven-year retention period under § 132 BAO (Austrian Federal Fiscal Code) applies. Data is not passed on to third parties without your consent.

Hosting and fonts
This website is hosted by indisor e.U. For the technical delivery of the site, the host processes connection data in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the basis of the cooperation is a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
The fonts used are served from this server. There is no connection to third-party servers, in particular none to Google Fonts.
